Terms and conditions

Sonamu (Sonamu, Sonamu Tour SL) offers planning, management and accompaniment services for trips to South Korea, plus managed purchase of KORAIL and SRT train tickets.

Any contracting implies the express acceptance of these terms. Acceptance materializes at the moment of the first payment (deposit, ticket or full service, as applicable).

Each service has specific conditions communicated in writing before payment. Those specific conditions prevail over these general terms when there is a discrepancy.

Prices are confirmed in writing before any payment. Once confirmed, they only change if there are client-requested changes or documented force majeure (e.g. KORAIL changes).

Payments are processed. Sonamu does not store card data in its systems. Invoices are issued electronically by Sonamu Tour SL.

Train tickets: if we cannot buy the requested ticket, 100% refund. If we buy it and the client cancels, current KORAIL/SRT policies apply.

Personalized services (planning, groups, MICE): decreasing cancellation policy according to proximity to the travel date, communicated in writing in the specific proposal.

Sonamu acts as intermediary and manager with the final providers (hotels, KORAIL, restaurants, guides). It is responsible for the quality of its management, not for facts attributable to third parties outside its reasonable control.

We recommend travel insurance in all cases. For corporate and MICE trips, it is included by default in the proposal.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, unless the client's consumer regulations establish another competence.
