Purpose and activity
Sonamu Tour SL is a travel agency specialised in South Korea. It offers trip planning and management, as well as the managed purchase of KORAIL and SRT train tickets on behalf of the customer.
Payments, purchase and refunds
Payments are processed through the secure payment gateway of Paycomet (Banco Sabadell). Sonamu does not store card data. The establishments address and country (Sonamu Tour SL, Barcelona, Spain) are shown during the payment process.
The purchase and refund policy is detailed in the Terms and Conditions. For train tickets, if we cannot buy the requested ticket, 100% of the amount is refunded.
Intellectual property
The contents of this site (texts, images, illustrations and design) are owned by Sonamu Tour SL or used with permission. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona, unless consumer regulations establish another jurisdiction.
